Breathing into Bliss is a simple meditation book covering three types of meditation practices as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh. The book discusses the origins, background, and benefits of meditation, and has sections on tangerine, sitting, and walking meditations. It's interactive and offers pages to write your own reflections for each practice.

Process
Each illustration was hand-drawn in Procreate, then imported into Adobe InDesign, where the book was made. After Breathing into Bliss was finished, it was sent to BLURB for publication, printing, binding, and shipping.
